Coaching
As a coach, I work to bring about the change you want. I see my role as that of someone who works to inspire, teach skills and strategies that help you realize your identified personal and professional goals.

While coaching is not therapy, I am a psychotherapist. But I do not practice psychotherapy on the phone. Phone coaching sessions are not about healing, quick fixes or resolving deep-seated psychological issues. Instead it's a partnership between you and me to develop a personally tailored plan where you are helped to stay focused to stay on track and committed to following through on reaching your goals.

Most of the coaching is done by phone thus allowing for convenience and flexibility - you don't have to drive anywhere nor do you have to schedule office visits.

Individual Coaching Session: 45 minutes - $58.50

Couple Coaching Session: 60 minutes - $78.00

Tele-Seminars

Tele-Seminars are conducted live over a telephone, set up as a conference call. Unless your Tele-Seminar is free, after you register and your payment is completed, you will receive an email with the call-in number and access code to join the seminar.
